A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 24–48 hours prior to pickup or delivery.

All deposits are non-refundable. Orders canceled more than 5 days in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future order, at our discretion. Orders canceled within 3–5 days of the event are not eligible for refund or credit.

Orders not picked up at the agreed time without prior communication may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state and may come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that these products are homemade and not prepared in a commercial kitchen. The customer assumes responsibility for informing guests of any potential allergen exposure.

Designs are created based on customer inspiration and artistic interpretation. Exact replication of reference images is not guaranteed.
